在工业清洗领域,超声波清洗时会使用各种除垢剂,它们的相似之处是它们能溶解污垢。因此,将选择这些可溶性除垢剂进行一般超声波清洗,而盐酸是这类溶剂中使用广泛的溶剂。

通常,超声波清洗的主要污垢是氧化铁。在溶解过程中,这种污垢还具有氧化还原、络合、崩解和剥离的作用。

盐酸在超声波清洗过程中,盐酸不仅能与水垢表面溶解,还能渗入水垢,与内层水垢溶解。

因此,用盐酸清洗碳酸盐垢时,反应强烈,清洗时间短。一般来说,清洁可在2到4小时内完成。

氨基磺酸盐酸可用作使用碳钢的锅炉和热交换器的结垢溶解清洗剂,但使用磺酸清洗使用奥氏体钢的板式换热器、亚临界参数锅炉过热器和化学容器中的结垢更安全。由于氨基磺酸在超声波清洗中是更稳定的固体,因此它是比盐酸等液体垢溶解剂的另一个优势。

硝酸、乙酸和磷酸在超声波清洗中,硝酸是很好的酸溶性清洗剂,因为所有硝酸盐都容易溶于水。硝酸的另一个优点是它对钢有钝化作用,对奥氏体钢没有脆化作用。清洗不锈钢板式换热器时可用作酸溶性除垢剂。

Sulfamic acid hydrochloric acid can be used as a scale dissolving cleaning agent for boilers and heat exchangers using carbon steel, but it is safer to use sulfonic acid to clean the scale in plate heat exchangers using austenitic steel, subcritical parameter boiler superheaters and chemical vessels. Since sulfamic acid is a more stable solid in ultrasonic cleaning, it is another advantage over liquid scale dissolving agents such as hydrochloric acid.

Nitric acid, acetic acid and phosphoric acid in ultrasonic cleaning, nitric acid is a good acid soluble cleaning agent, because all nitrates are easily soluble in water. Another advantage of nitric acid is that it has passivation effect on steel and no embrittlement effect on austenitic steel. When cleaning stainless steel plate heat exchanger, it can be used as acid soluble descaling agent.
