若想防止闪锈出现,我们要分析闪锈现象的影响因素。一般来说,涂料的pH、漆膜厚度、干燥速度、树酯体系、缓蚀颜料以及是否使用防闪锈剂等都是影响闪锈的因素,在涂料配方设计中我们应将这些影响因素考虑进去。
 
If we want to prevent flash rust, we should analyze the influencing factors of flash rust. Generally speaking, the pH, film thickness, drying rate, resin system, corrosion inhibitor and the use of anti flash rust agent are the factors affecting flash rust, which should be taken into account in the formulation design of coatings.
 
①涂料的pH值:pH值越高,越不容易产生闪锈。如果将涂料体系的pH值调整并保持在9.5左右,防闪锈的效果明显增加。
 
① PH value of coating: the higher the pH value, the less likely to produce flash rust. If the pH value of the coating system is adjusted and kept at about 9.5, the effect of anti flash rust is obviously increased.
 
②漆膜厚度:漆膜越厚,越容易产生闪锈,因为漆膜厚导致水分挥发速度急剧下降。
 
② Film thickness: the thicker the film, the more likely to produce flash rust, because the thickness of the film leads to the rapid decline of water evaporation speed.
 
③干燥速度:干燥速度越快,产生闪锈的程度就越轻。
 
③ Drying speed: the faster the drying speed, the lighter the degree of flash rust.
 
④树脂体系:如苯丙、纯丙乳液等自干体系容易产生闪锈,而水溶性的丙烯酸、聚酯树脂体系则不易产生闪锈。
 
Resin system: such as styrene acrylate, pure acrylic emulsion and other dry systems are most likely to produce flash rust, while water-soluble acrylic resin and polyester resin system are not easy to produce flash rust.
 
⑤缓蚀颜料:磷酸锌和磷酸铝等缓蚀颜料,在起防腐作用的同时,对闪锈也有一定的抑制作用。因为闪锈是一种电化学现象,本质上跟防蚀的原理一样。
 
⑤ Corrosion inhibitor pigment: zinc phosphate and aluminum phosphate and other corrosion inhibiting pigments can not only prevent corrosion, but also inhibit flash rust. Because flash rust is an electrochemical phenomenon, essentially the same as the principle of corrosion prevention.
 
⑥防闪锈剂:合理搭配的防闪锈剂可以有效防止闪锈产生。防闪锈剂过去常用的是价廉的亚硝酸盐,但是亚硝酸盐毒性较大,且对漆膜干燥后的耐水、耐腐蚀、导电性能等有负面影响。因此,鉴于对漆膜的毒性和环保有要求,可以选用一些无毒安全的防闪锈剂。
 
⑥ Anti flash rust agent: reasonable anti flash rust agent can effectively prevent flash rust. In the past, low-cost nitrite was commonly used as anti flash rust agent. However, nitrite is toxic and has a negative impact on the water resistance, corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity of the film after drying. Therefore, in view of the toxicity of paint film and environmental protection requirements, some non-toxic and safe anti flash rust agents can be selected.
 
防闪锈剂在漆膜成膜过程中可以在基材表面形成一层保护膜(如上图),降低或阻碍水与基材的接触,有效抑制闪锈的产生,且对于形成的干膜的耐水性和耐盐雾也有较好的促进作用。
 
The anti flash rust agent can form a protective film on the surface of the substrate during the film forming process (as shown in the figure above), reduce or hinder the contact between water and the substrate, effectively inhibit flash rust, and promote the water resistance and salt spray resistance of the dry film formed.
