1.选择的地面油污清洗剂需要有针对性专业性。市场上有很多除油剂、化油剂，然而用到工业企业内清洗油污，效果并不理想。这是为什么呢？主要原因是工业企业的地面油污主要来源于矿物油，而非植物油和动物油，为此在选用清洗剂时，不能选那些酒店、物业、家庭用的一般除油剂、化油剂，而要选择专用的车间地面油污清洗剂。
2.工业企业的地面大多为油漆地面、环氧地面，为了保护好地面的光洁度以及延长地面使用周期，选择油漆地面油污清洗剂时，一定要选择PH值接近中性的去油污清洗剂，避免强酸强碱性对地面的腐蚀和伤害。
3.工业企业生产车间地面油污分布广、污垢程度不一、总体面积都比较大，清洗时，需要消耗的液体总量（清洗剂和水）会相应的增大，为此在选择清洗剂时就要重点考虑到稀释的比例，稀释比例小，清洗剂的用量就大，使用成本就会增加。为此，一般建议选择使用有效稀释比例在1：5-30的比较适合，效果好，总体费用能控制。
4.为了保持工厂地面持续清洁干净，清洗油污时常会在车间作业的时间同时进行，为此，选择清洗剂的时候，一定要选择无异味无刺激性气味的清洗剂，以保持整个车间保持良好的空气。
