使用金属清洗剂的几个要点

 

1. 配制好适当的浓度。金属清洗剂的效果与清洗液的浓度有关, 但浓度增加到一定值时, 超声波清洗机性能不会再有明显改善。 不同的零件应配制不同浓度的清洗液。 清洗一般零件, 浓度以 2%~3%为宜;清洗重垢零件,浓度以 5%为宜;清洗后桥齿轮及轴类零件,浓 度以 3%~4%为佳。

3. 掌握正确的清洗方法。清洗液配好后,应用两个清洗容器分别 进行粗洗和精洗。清洗前,对表面污垢厚、积炭多的零件先进行刮、 擦,然后浸在粗洗容器中浸泡一定时间,再由粗洗到精洗。清洗时应 先清洗精密零件,然后再清洗一般零件。清洗曲轴等零件的水道、油道时, 用压力枪或其它喷射工具进行加压冲洗效果更好。 清洗一定时间后,应将精洗容器内的清洗液倒入粗洗容器内,然后再换上干净的清洗 液,以保证精洗质量。使用时还应检查 pH 值,若 pH 值小于 7,则 应补充清洗剂,以保证清洗质量。

 

4. 不使用失效的清洗剂。购买和使用时要注意有效期,不使用失效的清洗剂。金属清洗剂应定量配制,并尽量现用现配。报废后的清 洗液若数量较少，对环境污染甚微;若数量较多时,会污染环境，需进行废液处理。清洗后的农机零件应擦干或晾干后再使用。
